- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely awful - avoid. Had to use these for a little bumper repair through my insurance firm. Came to pick up my car with less than 30 mins notice for me to get home from work despite having four days to agree a time. Called them on the Friday afternoon to get an update and was told its in the paint shop and would be marked for being done by Tuesday at the latest. Called again today (Weds) to be told they never give estimates or guarantees on when work will be completed and itll be some time next week - maybe. Blamed the insurance company for making them follow procedures.
Yes - theyre taking two weeks to repair or replace a rear bumper. They wont give helpful updates, contradict themselves and wont give any sort of time estimate. Terrible place - avoid avoid avoid!By grahamhayward, August 24, 2019
